My first time, finally I attended yoga class... went wit Shirley. It’s really tiring n my whole body was twinge until now (Sigh,like an old aunty) not dat easy 2 do all de movement of yoga. It’s damn tough. A lots of aunty r experts d,a bit shocked when I saw them can completed all de tough movement.. For sure, I will learn it patiently. Do not give up easily lar,coz I wanna 2 be de same like them…

De next n de next 2day, collegues celebrated their burday at office.
